Congratulations to Alexa Krause, our new stop loss regional group manager. Alexa joined Symetra in 2019 as a regional group associate under the stop loss representative training program. She has now been promoted to regional group manager and serves the Arizona and New Mexico markets.
“Throughout the 15+ months of her training, Alexa received 1-on-1 mentorship from two of our most accomplished regional managers, with a combined 50 years of experience in our business,” says Sean Cooley, regional vice president for Symetra’s West/Central Region. “She’s eager to learn and grow, is an outstanding team player, and has a high level of integrity.”
