Colorado
Effective July 1, 2025, the SAWW will be $1,534.94. The maximum weekly benefit is increased to $1381.45. The new SAWW needs to be applied to recalculate all existing, open/approved claims and to new claims filed on/after July 1, 2025. Colorado's Max Benefits Order does not provide the calculation but per Colorado Revised Statute 8-13.3-506(1)(b). The maximum weekly benefit is 90% of the SAWW.

Oregon
The 2025 SAWW is $1,363.80. For PFML claims with benefit years that begin or/after July 6, 2025, the new minimum weekly benefit amount will be $68.19. Washington
The 2024 SAWW is $1,830. For PFML claims filed on/after January 1, 2026, the minimum weekly benefit amount will remain $100. The maximum weekly benefit amount will be $1,647. Washington’s average wage increased to $95,160 in 2024 | Employment Security Department
Maine
The 2025 SAWW is $1,198.84. It will be in effect until June 30, 2026, and will impact PFML benefit calculations payable as of May 1, 2026, when the program begins.
