Pairs administration for your self-funded [minimum essential coverage] (MEC) plan with our fixed-payment insurance (Select) to offer Affordable Care Act (ACA)-mandated benefits at a competitive price.


Fixed-payment insurance

Each benefit pays a preselected, fixed amount for certain items without copays, coinsurance or deductibles to help employees with things like visiting the doctor when hurt or sick.


Critical
illness

Pays a lump-sum benefit upon the first diagnosis of a covered condition. Benefits can be used to cover any number of costs—even transportation and child care—allowing employees to focus on recovery, rather than finances.


Accident
coverage

Per occurrence and scheduled benefit accident coverage helps with out-of-pocket expenses such as doctor visits, X-rays and physical therapy after a non-work accident.
