We’re excited to welcome Eden Niese, our new group life, disability and voluntary benefits regional sales executive for the Illinois and Wisconsin territory. Eden comes to us with over 22 years in group benefits at MetLife—9 years as a senior account manager/underwriter and over 13 years as a senior sales executive. Eden has been recognized as a top performer throughout her career and brings a stellar reputation and vast experience selling life, disability and supplemental health benefits in the Illinois and Wisconsin marketplace.
Get to know Eden:
- First job: At 13, my twin sister and I would clean the offices and break room at my dad’s feed business once a week. I thought my dad’s petty cash was there for us to buy snacks from the vending machines (LOL!). We did this cleaning job every week until we left for college.
- Her coffee order: Straight up black—just started this a year ago and it was rough at first to leave that creamer out.
- Favorite sports team: Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks (and now, the Seattle Kraken!)
- Favorite pastime: Watching my 8-year-old twin daughters participate in what they’re most passionate about—one plays travel hockey and one is a competitive figure skater!
- Music genre of choice: Can I just say Ed Sheeran? He is a genre for me.
