Symetra Expands Worksite Benefits Expertise with New Vice President
Bellevue, Wash. (Aug. 29, 2006) Symetra
SM Financial today announced that Robert Frary has been named vice president of group limited medical and worksite products. Frary will manage product research and operational activities, as well as assist with business development for Symetras group insurance division.
"Roberts broad-based experience and reputation in the worksite insurance industry are assets of significant value as Symetra grows its limited medical and associated worksite businesses," said Michael Fry, vice president of group insurance for Symetra. Frary comes to Symetra with a successful track record in group benefits. Prior to joining Symetra, Frary was vice president of voluntary markets with HealthPlan Services Inc., a leading provider of distribution, enrollment, administration and risk management solutions in health care. In addition, Frary managed several projects for the Allstate Workplace Division, where he served as director of group products.
