Symetra Taps TFS to Provide Training and Consulting for Banks

BELLEVUE, Wash. — (November 14, 2005) — Today, SymetraSM Financial announced plans to provide full-scale sales training and consulting to banks and other financial institutions through TFS Training & Consulting, Inc. The addition of TFS to Symetra Financial will further strengthen the services and product sales support the corporation can offer retail bank clients and other distribution partners.

Maintaining effective in-house sales training and support for securities registered advisors and licensed platform representatives can be challenging for many institutions. TFS creates comprehensive business development programs on behalf of banks and financial institutions to enhance sales team performance.
