We offer long term financing on institutional quality commercial buildings and select apartment projects in targeted metropolitan markets across the United States. Rates may be fixed from 5 to 25 years fixed with amortization of up to 25 years. Symetra Commercial Mortgage fixed rate loans range in dollar size from 500,000 to 10,000,000 and we do have the ability to custom tailor loans to borrowers needs outside of these standards. We do not finance special purpose buildings, metal buildings or construction loans.
