To help you grow your business, Symetra Financial has created a direct marketing program called Awareness Through Marketing (ATM). Some of the advantages of using this program are:
- Educate your clients on products & services you offer.
- Use retention marketing to compete against large insurance companies and sustain your existing client base.
How to use ATM

Step 4. Download your distribution template
Q & A
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The price varies depending on the mailing selected. Some mailings are sent out once, some are sent as a series. There are also a variety of additional options available that may increase the price. We will send you a quote of the pricing for you to review once your order is received.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: After you select the mailing you want on the ATM web site, you will enter your contact information and submit it online. You will be contacted to finish and approve the customization, proofing, and payment processes.
Q: Can I have multiple producers listed as contacts on the mailing?
A: Yes. At the end of the order process you will be asked to fill out a distribution list template. Here you will have the opportunity to list multiple producers and their contact information.
View a sample distribution list template.
Q: What is the minimum number of mailings I can send?
A: In order to keep the bulk postage rate, you must have a minimum of 250 recipients on your mailing distribution list. Smaller orders can be processed but will have to be quoted separately.
Q: Do I have to pay in one lump sum, or as the mailings are sent?
A: Because all pieces of a mailing series are coded, customized and printed together, a lump sum payment will be required after you have approved your mailing proofs and before the first mailing is sent out.

"We have had calls from the very first mailing and we expect that the continued progression of mailers will have the desired effect."
