Many customers are concerned about how their personal information is being used and protected. Companies are required to provide consumers with a statement explaining how they will use and protect customer information before it is collected, and then annually as long as the relationship continues.

Symetra includes a copy of the Symetra Consumer Privacy Statement with each application, and when an insurance policy or annuity contract is issued.

Before any information is requested to complete an application, be sure the Privacy Statement is given to the consumer to review. Consumers may view the Symetra Consumer Privacy Statement online, including our Web site privacy and security practices. A printable version  is also available online.
