The Symetra Great Play of the Game Challenge isnt your typical advertising campaign. It was designed to be a sales-boosting tool you can get involved in.
Symetra on ESPN
Our Symetra Great Play of the Game Challenge is much more than an ad campaign. It was built with you in mind a fun, baseball-themed campaign specifically designed for you to harness its business-boosting power.
We wanted something our partners could get involved in a fun way to get in front of clients and say, ‘Let me tell you how you can play and win. And by the way, Id also like to talk with you about the great things I can do to help your family or business, said Al Close, senior vice president of Marketing.
What Exactly Is It?
The Symetra Great Play of the Game kicks off April 30 and continues throughout the 2007 baseball season.
Sports fans tuning into ESPN Radio for play-by-play action will be invited to log on and make the call on what they think the great play will be for an upcoming game. Every vote enters players to win a weekly iPod shuffle give-away, as well as the grand prize of a luxurious, five-night golf vacation to The Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel Golf & Country Club in Scotland!
The Dalmahoy is a world-class golf resort, which played host to the prestigious Solheim Cup and the Scottish PGA Championship. It boasts two, 18-hole courses set on 1,000 acres of stunning Scottish countryside.
How Can I Play Along?
As part of the Symetra Great Play of the Game Challenge, well be providing you with free tools you can use with clients and prospects. Among them are baseball-themed postcards, posters and flyers inviting clients to call you for information about how they can reach for great things in their lives like a secure retirement or financial protection for their families.
Naturally, we also encourage them to log on and play the Symetra Great Play of the Game Challenge.
