Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
DisabilityGuidance® (provided by ComPsych®) includes up to five confidential sessions with a counselor, financial planner or lawyer each calendar year. These may be face-to-face meetings or phone consultations, and can be divided between the three types of professionals.
Health Care Navigation program
Available for anyone on a covered short- or long-term disability claim, HealthChampionSM engages employees in the health care process. Health care navigation specialists advise on medical care and provider options, offer guidance on health insurance claims and billing issues, and educate employees to be better consumers.
Travel Assistance program
Provides 24-hour-a-day help if employees have an emergency while traveling 100 miles or more from home.
ID Theft Resolution Assistance program
Gives access to a high-touch, 24/7 service that provides support in the event an employee's ID is stolen.
