|Can I offer different plan designs to different groups of workers?
Yes, many policyholders elect to offer multiple policies, especially when there's a difference in wages. Part-time hourly workers are more likely to participate in a plan designed with their budgets in mind than in a plan designed for management. Keep in mind that for each plan you decide to offer, minimum participation will need to be met.
