Technical referral assistance
This unique program helps you determine — in advance — how a claim will be reimbursed under a Symetra Stop Loss policy. Clients receive a written reimbursement position prior to a Specific or Aggregate claim thereby avoiding delays at the time of the reimbursement request.

Medical risk consultants/Certified case managers
You’ll be assigned your own regional Registered Nurse (Medical Risk Consultant [MRC]/Certified Case Manager) who will be tuned in to your business and the specific needs of your clients.
 
Efficient claims processing
Most claims are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Plus our low documentation submission requirements won’t burden you with extra paperwork.
 
Partnerships with cost-containment vendors and centers of excellence
MRC/Case Managers work with outside partners to negotiate the best possible price — without sacrificing the quality of care.
