Symetra is a strong supporter of educational initiatives, and we donate time and dollars to help create opportunities for greater learning. Through a collaborative effort with school districts, business partners and other nonprofit organizations, we support programs that make a difference in the lives of students and their teachers.
SYMETRA HEROES IN THE CLASSROOM
The Symetra Heroes in the Classroom program honors K–12 school teachers for exemplary leadership and instructional skills. Together with our partners — the Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks — Symetra recognizes teachers at their schools and on the field during the NFL season. We also provide classroom grants to help offset some of the personal out-of-pocket expenses teachers incur to buy supplies for their students.
