REACHING NEW HEIGHTS WITH ESPN AND SPORTS ILLUSTRATED
In 2013, we launched our first national advertising campaign, featuring television and print advertising and our popular “Rising Stars” sponsorship with Sports Illustrated. In 2014, we added another great name in sports…ESPN.
 
Through these ads, we're spreading the word about Symetra and how we can help people 
reach higher and fly farther.

SPORTS ILLUSTRATED RISING STARS

Symetra is the official sponsor of “Sports Illustrated Rising Stars,” a print and online promotion highlighting up-and-coming professional and college athletes.
 
The promotion is part of our national advertising campaign, and features Rising Star player videos on SI.com and profiles in the magazine. As the title sponsor, Symetra video and print ads are prominently displayed across both SI properties.
 
The 2014-2015 “Rising Stars” campaign will highlight Rising Star athletes from pro football, college football, college basketball, pro baseball and pro golf. To see the videos and ads, go to www.si.com/risingstars. 
 
ESPN ADVERTISING
In 2014, we launched a series of high-profile promotions with ESPN and ESPN.com, with prominent ad placement in ESPN's televised and online sports coverage, including:

HEROES IN THE CLASSROOM®
Each year, Symetra honors 64 public school teachers through our partnerships with the Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks. Teachers are nominated by the community for their ability to help students rise to their full potential, and are given a grant in recognition of their contributions. Nominate your hero.



   
THE SYMETRA TOUR
Symetra is proud to support the rising stars of women’s golf through our sponsorship of the Symetra Tour—the world’s largest international women’s development tour. The Symetra Tour provides an opportunity for up-and-coming golfers to prepare for a career in the LPGA, while creating exceptional role models for youth today.
 
More than 500 alumnae of the Symetra Tour—including 2014 Women’s British Open winner Mo Martin—have earned LPGA membership, winning over 370 LPGA titles, including 40 major championships.
 
Symetra officially sponsors three Tour alumnae who have gone on to the LPGA: Jaye Marie Green, P.K. Kongkraphan and Jaclyn Sweeney​​.
