Joins the Individual Department as a sales support representative. Two years later, promoted to senior sales support representative.

November 1997
Becomes the Pacific Division sales training manager for Multi-Line Distribution.

October 1999
Accepts position as pension sales manager for the West Coast. The following year, becomes regional sales manager for the Seattle Region.

August 2004
Joins Independent Broker Distribution as senior regional vice president for the Northwest.

February 2005
Moves to Worksite Distribution as regional benefits vice president for the Northwest. Promoted to division vice president the following year and to director of national accounts the year after that.

September 2009
Named vice president of national sales for the Select Benefits Division.

September 2011
Promoted to assistant vice president of Select Benefits National Sales.
