June 1993
Joins the company as an actuarial intern. The following year, accepts a full-time position as an actuarial student. Also performs underwriting duties in 1997 and 1998.
 
April 1998
Becomes the Group Division’s operations manager, supervising the Accounting Services and Contract Issuance units.
 
June 2003
Promoted to assistant vice president and director of finance for the Group Division.
 
August 2008
Named Group operations director, adding Policy Services and Field Support to his responsibilities. Promoted to vice president three years later.
